Sitting here right now gotta say very cool and I can't wait to have some brewskis on their patio. Got their own ProBat (http://www.therocc.me/images/Coffee_roaster_probat1.jpg) coffee maker but stay off the second floor. its supposed to be the smoking floor but looks like a high school shower with tables instead of benches. nastie

By far one of my favorite cafes in Korea. I love coming here in winter, sitting by the window with my girlfriend and watching the snow fall while Korean students run past to get to the big library on the hill.

Its not much on "black turtleneck/wire-rimmed glasses" pretentiousness, but there is a great people-watching patio and a slight Euro feel (the staff yell out orders in Spanish "Cafe latte para llevar!")

When you enter, you're greeted by a huge, functioning coffee bean roaster. Its the real deal--I watched the owner sort through buckets of beans by hand prior to roasting. The coffee is strong, heavy and dark with a full aroma (and a full price).

If you like a little McFlavor in your coffee, try the Hazelnut Latte. Its not a soup bowl, but its a generous size that should, like all good cups of coffee, last the length of a good conversation
