Alright, Expats, a big warm welcome for our newest blogger, Donch. Donch will regale us with tales of exploration and heart-pounding, fist-clenching, hair-straightening excitement from right here in our very own Korea!
Just so you know who you're dealing with, Donch admits to being a gyopo from Philly, and spending her college years at the esteemed Syracuse University. She's enjoys traveling, experimenting with soju and learning to cook Korean food. And that's where the normalcy stops. As you'll soon witness first hand, Donch has got more guts in her daredevil toe nails than most of us do in our entire bodies. She fears...nothing.
In her own words:
"Hello Korea Expats!
Although South Korea is barely the size of Indiana, or one-tenth the size of Ontario, don't let the country's land mass fool you--there is plenty to see and do in the ROK.
My first post is about where you can truly release that inner daredevil -- in Inje, Gangwondo, bungee jumping your heart out. For those of you willing to venture further than your local
pojangmaja for thrills, you'll appreciate my trips around Seoul and South Korea, and hopefully and send back your own crazy travel experiences! I am always open to suggestions, comments, suggestions that you'd like me to write about as to Adventure Travel or general life in Korea.
Ok, that's Donch! Let us know what you think of her new post!
