8. Academic Coordinator for Junior Literature program (Full Time)

 

We are very serious and passionate about providing high-quality English education to students in grades 3-9 and currently looking for a reliable, responsible, and self-motivated individual to join our team to work as a program coordinator/manager.

 

[Duties]
* Oversee and manage daily operation of various English classes

* Communicate actively with teachers and staff members in regards to students, classroom matters, etc.

* Update class schedule on a monthly basis and allocate teachers

* Organize and distribute books/materials to teachers

* Interview prospective students for level placement

* Teach 1-2 classes a week (3-3.5 hours /class, usually on Saturdays)

* Assist Team Head and other managers in operation and management of various academic matters and events
[Qualifications]
* Must be bilingual (speak English & Korean fluently)

* Must hold a college degree from an accredited university

* Previous teaching experience is preferred

* Must enjoy working with people and be passionate about learning and teaching.

 

[Location/Schedule]

* Seoul, Apguejong (Subway Line #3 – Apgujeong)

* Working 5 days a week (Saturday classes may be assigned and have a day off during the week)

* Nationwide Criminal Background Check *Notarized with an apostille
